S&P Goes to WorldPride!
Our performance in the WorldPride International Choral Festival for the 50th anniversary of WorldPride in Washington DC this Memorial Day Weekend is a rare opportunity for the ensemble to share our music and message with a new community at this critical moment. We will sing works composed for S&P, including our upcoming commissions – Adam Lange's Brick, his setting of Harvey Milk, and Zanaida Robles' The Root, her setting of Angela Davis. Plus we'll return to our 2022 commission, Now is the Time, Michael Bussewitz-Quarm's setting of the composer's own text about her gender transition. Your support of our annual campaign will help fund our scholarship program for this trip - the first of its kind that S&P has embarked on!

Volunteering:
We're always grateful for an extra hand! Contact us to volunteer as an usher at a concert, and you'll help us out and get to attend a free concert! It's win-win.
A lot of hard work goes into running non-profit performing arts groups, and we couldn't do it without the generosity of our partners, donors, volunteers, and patrons-- Thank you for supporting our talented artists and allowing us to program such fulfilling concerts to share with our communities! Our most sincere appreciation.
